by Brining More Awareness to Child Abuse
Lily Lynette Furneaux-Wolfenbarger was two and a half years old when her life was cut short while in the care of her stepmother on November 20th 2010. Her stepmother, Renee King, was found GUILTY on February 27, 2012, of all three charges.
Since Lily’s tragic death, her mother, Lauren Furneaux-Bass, has maintained a non profit organization, Justice for Lily. This organization raises money to help other abused and neglected children and their foster families. It is her belief that by sharing Lily’s story, she will be able to teach others to speak up and be a voice for other children like Lily. By keeping Lily’s legacy alive, Justice for Lily helps to combat the fight against child abuse.
