Court appearance today (11/14/11 resulted in another court date on December 19, 2011 for another motion. Jury selection for the trial will be February 14, 2012. Trial will most likely be February 15th, and last approximately two weeks. We will have more information after December 19thFinally a date that Lily will start to receive her justice.
Child abuse is 100% preventable. Not a single child ever needs to die as a result of child abuse or neglect ever again. One of the greatest things we can do to reduce and eliminate child abuse and neglect is to raise awareness and provide support to fellow parents. Research has shown that parents are more likely to abuse their children when they feel isolated or feel they have no support.
